At the very least you will get the "your time is better spent in the ministry" Shepherding call.

Pyramid, I doubt they say that, since I havent been in the FS literally in 8 years. I don't know half the doctrines anymore. I would need a "love study" before I could be considered qualified .

The thing is, I have been a member of the ACLU for about 2 years. While I do agree with their overall mission, I don't quite hold the same opinions as do they on matters like torture and capitol punishment, for example. I know that when it comes to the free speech issue that they do represent people who are not necessarily great people. When I say that I mean the swastika wearing kid who gets kicked out of school, not the NAMBLA issue. The defence of the NAMBLA thing is something that I will definitely have to look into. It could end up being a situation where just like when I was examining the WT org, in that I would have to ask myself, "on how many things can you disagree with these people's position (doctrine) and still endeavor to be part of their organization."

Personally, I don't understand how NAMBLA is able to operate in the US. Like if the members live in the US how can their using that website not be illegal d/t child pornography/exploitation being illegal? I don't get it.
