On other threads, we have discussed our favorite: Pizza Toppings, Chinese Food, Sandwich, Candy, and Desserts. So now my friends, it is time to address the very pregnant question: What is your favorite Italian food. I will go first.
My favorite is Lasagna, followed in a close second place by Manicatti.

I saw a girl at a beach in Italy that looked quite delicious... I really liked her, although I didn't get a taste.

Okay I am not hijacking your thread... the italian gelati (ice cream) was awesome. I ate that everyday while in Italy, no kidding.
And talking real Italian meals, gnocchi is good stuff, bro. I had some gnocchi with a green sauce. Mmmmhmmm....

Lasagna? Did someone say Lasagna? I make the best Lasagna this side of the ocean. Love to use lots of different cheeses. hmmmmmmmmmm, now I know what's for dinner tomorrow night.

I like a good minestrone, and I'm known to make a mean lasagne too!
I wouldn't mind a good Italian salami now and then....

Spaghetti alla Napoletana. Nothing good came out of Naples except this pasta and the view of the bay. Everybody knows that Neopolitans are not really Italians!
Spaghetti con Acciughe. Please make sure that you have the hose-pipe from your garden tap by the bed for this one. Guaranteed to force you awake at 3.00am with a tongue like a doormat, but worth the pain.
Lark - I commend you Sir, you have driven 'fluff' posting to a previously unheralded heights. I suspect you are doing one of your psychological experiments and using us as free research tools. lol.

You made me laugh on that one. Thing is, I tryed fluff after doing the serial, I mean serious stuff, and found out I enjoyed it. No, this is not an experiment. I am retarded, I mean retired, and I don't do any of them there experiment thingys no more.

Hey larc,so its Italian tonight is it.I like a good Spaggeti, a simple dish but if done correctly,an absolute culinary perfection.I like to roast the lean ground beef in minced onion and garlic.Then I deglaze the roasting pan with a burgandy wine and add it to the sauce.Thinly sliced red&green peppers and mushrooms add flavour and colour.Dam I love my cooking.(LOL)...OUTLAW
