And you have to do everything perfectly. They whine about "stumbling others" by doing something that is well within your rights. They gripe about listening to "bad" songs in the privacy of your own home. If you have a colored dress shirt, or no tie, or casual shoes, you are going to hear about it. "Sisters" are not allowed to wear pants to the boasting sessions or in field circus, no matter how cold it gets. Nor are they allowed to leave the nylons at home when it gets too hot or muggy to comfortably wear them.
What about the "sexual" things? Witlesses are offended if couples have "unorthodox" sex. They are offended that two people of the opposite sex might get together, yet they take offense at homosexuality (which could actually be created if sex is repressed enough, since you still need an outlet). Why are they so offended at things like people watching porn or masturbating? Yet, if someone molests a child or funnels someone else to become attracted to (usually same sex) children, it is "offensive" to mention that there is a problem.
And, there are many other things witlesses take offense about. They are offended, to the point of getting sick, because someone "worships the sun". If you drive around around Christmas time to look at the lights or watch TV specials that come on around Christmas, the hounders are going to be offended and instruct everyone else to take offense. You can't even listen to Christmas carols, or set up a string of lights because you like the wintry appearance or because it improves your SAD, without the hounders being offended. And the same goes for listening to music--like Michael Jackson, and heavy metal or rap (even clean heavy metal or clean rap).
