So, I am officially disassociated, am working toward my GED and higher education with full cooperation of my mother, and thankfully have the most part of my life ahead of me. (narcissistic claps inserted here).

I have an xjw friend who lives near me (crazyblondb), but where do people go to hear about this stuff?

go to the apostafest section here on JWN. Look for ex jw group near your home at www.meetup.com

LOL I didn't even notice that section :) thanks I'll keep an eye on it.I guess that was kind of a dumb question, then. Meetup.com sounds good, and @crazyblondb: Yeah, we should make one some time. I'm free most of the time now anyways, and I should be working my way to inheriting my car, once it gets fixed, which should make things even easier.
