    I can't see the comments.

Also, isnt this the same city where a jw woman had her house remodeled by "worldly" volunteers?

If you are a Pioneer and swing a hammer how much time do you get credited for these days.

You can count time for building work against FS - says it all really.

"It's just something we do in the tremendous amount of spare time we have," he said.

Huh? They have 'tremendous amount of spare time'?? Why aren't they out preaching the good news in that spare time then?! This seems odd. This is another reason I could never be a JW. Not a lot of 'spare time'.

A few years back, my Dad's cong. put in Geothermal. This is NOT a cheap project and was funded by the members. My Dad has boasted several times to me about him contributing to this. I was thinking to myself, if the end is so close, why are you bothering to do this?

These real estate activities contradict what they preach.

    (Tee hee hee!)

Well, Designs, at one time, yes, I did expect this. But that was when I was young and foolish. I certainly don't expect that any longer.

I know, didn't we all, gave up college and a budding career as an Architect eesssh its still painful to think of it all. Young and foolish, and now we get to rebuild. Aahh that's better.

We're between the Who's 'Won't Get Fooled Again' and Fleetwood Mac's 'Don't Stop Thinking About Tomorrow'!
