I ran across this site, but I don't understand this one sentence:
Mr. McCann has indicated that he donated the shares held by The Watchtower Society to that organization but has retained a voting proxy for those shares.Did Mr. McCann give the WT these shares? How can you donate shares held by a company?
I have no knowledge of corporate laws and such, but I'm sure someone on this board can explain this to me. Thank you.
Actually that company doesn't make bomb parts. They make engines.
That doesn't answer my question.
And it seems that the company makes more than just engines.

Donating shares is kind of like giving someone money, not a complicated transaction, and a donation makes it much easier, as it is a one way deal. Not to mention one big fat write off. BTW, there is no evidence of said transaction on the website you listed, nor is there any reference to said transaction on the regtech.com site either.
Sorry for posting so many times. I'm being dumb today. I gathered this additional info. From the tenkwizard site, which seems to be on the level, as I found the same info at the Securities and Exchange commission site.

Part of the problem when this thing got started is that people didn't distinguish between The Rand Corporation - a defense related think-tank among other things - and the Rand Engine Company.
Essentially the answer is no - the WTS has nothing to do with bomb factories. It's in the business of producing something far deadlier - lies.
