The Anti-Type of ancient Israel! Can we learn who?
Although it is not directly stated in the following scripture in Genesis, that Two Woman are involved, it becomes obvious that there are, because Two seeds are mentioned, of which, intense hatred would exist between them; that is, between the seed of satan the devil's Woman, and the seed of Jehovah's heavenly Woman's seed. Reading now the sentence passed on to satan by Jehovah:
14 "So the LORD God said to the serpent, "Because you have done this, "Cursed are you above all the livestock and all the wild animals! You will crawl on your belly and you will eat dust all the days of your life.15 And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel."{Genesis 3:14,15NIV}
As it says: "He will crush your head!" "You will strike his heel!"
We know, that at his crucifiction, the Christ was delivered a mere heel wound, while sometime after the Thousand year reign of Christ, satan will receive a fatal head wound when he's cast into the lake of fire by the Christ, and destroyed for all eternity. {Matthew 25:41} {Revelation 20:7-10}
All the many Centuries that have passed, this foretold hatred or enmity, would be going on between the Two seeds. Where the seed of Jehovah's Woman would be subjected to brutal, violent persecution, as has been the case; more notebly in the case of the Christ who was the principle or main seed of the promise to Abraham. As Paul next explains: {Hebrews 12:18-24}
15 "Brothers, let me take an example from everyday life. Just as no one can set aside or add to a human covenant that has been duly established, so it is in this case. 16 The promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. The Scripture does not say "and to seeds," meaning many people, but "and to your seed," meaning one person, who is Christ. 17 What I mean is this: The law, introduced 430 years later, does not set aside the covenant previously established by God and thus do away with the promise."{Galations 3:15-17 NIV} Read now, the Promise, first to Abraham:
15 "And the angel of Jehovah called unto Abraham a second time out of heaven, 16 and said, By myself have I sworn, saith Jehovah, because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only son, 17 that in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heavens, and as the sand which is upon the seashore. And thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies. 18 And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed. Because thou hast obeyed my voice."{Genesis 22:15-18 ASV} Next to Isaac:
1 "And there was a famine in the land, besides the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went unto Abimelech king of the Philistines, unto Gerar. 2 And Jehovah appeared unto him, and said, Go not down into Egypt. Dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of. 3 Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee. For unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these lands, and I will establish the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father. 4 And I will multiply thy seed as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these lands. And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed."{Genesis 26:1-4 ASV} Lastly Jacob:
10 "And Jacob went out from Beer-sheba, and went toward Haran. 11 And he lighted upon a certain place, and tarried there all night, because the sun was set. And he took one of the stones of the place, and put it under his head, and lay down in that place to sleep. 12 And he dreamed. And behold, a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven. And behold, the angels of God ascending and descending on it. 13 And, behold, Jehovah stood above it, and said, I am Jehovah, the God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac. The land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed. 14 And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south. And in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed."{Genesis 28:10-14 ASV} Three times Jehovah made the same promise, so we can be absolutely certain those promises will be carried out to the letter, because the God who made those promises himself, because there was no one greater than he, stepped in with an oath, and put his own guarantee on them as Paul will now explain:
16 "Now when people take an oath, they call on someone greater than themselves to hold them to it. And without any question that oath is binding. 17 God also bound himself with an oath, so that those who received the promise could be perfectly sure that he would never change his mind. 18 So God has given both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us. 19 This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. It leads us through the curtain into God’s inner sanctuary. 20 Jesus has already gone in there for us. He has become our eternal High Priest in the order of Melchizedek."{Hebrews 6: 16-20 NLT}
Thus far, from this we see that Abraham, Issac, and Jacob, were faithful to their God Jehovah. As well, Noah, and his Family, Lot and his two daughters, Moses, Job, King David, and many others reported on as being faithful Men. All of these, the seed of the Woman. None of the faithful would ever be brutal persecuters of their own kind. What occurred though, when the Mosaic Law came into force 430 years later, from Abraham's time? When Jehovah became the Husbandly owner of the Israelite Nation?
They became guilty of many acts of infidelity, and began to deviate from Jehovah's Laws and commandments; so Jehovah reminded them that he was their Husbandly Owner, they were his adulteress Wife. A prostitute! Giving her favors for nothing.
5 "For your Maker is your husband—
the LORD {JEHOVAH} Almighty is his name—
the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer;
he is called the God of all the earth." {Isaiah 54:5 NIV}14 "Return, faithless people," declares the LORD, "for I am your husband. I will choose you—one from a town and two from a clan—and bring you to Zion."{Jeremiah 3:14 NIV}
31 "When you built your mounds at the head of every street and made your lofty shrines in every public square, you were unlike a prostitute, because you scorned payment.
32 " 'You adulterous wife! You prefer strangers to your own husband! 33 Every prostitute receives a fee, but you give gifts to all your lovers, bribing them to come to you from everywhere for your illicit favors."{Ezekiel 16:31-33 NIV}
30 "How weak and spent with longing and lust is your heart and mind, says the Lord God, seeing you do all these things, the work of a bold, domineering harlot."{Ezekiel 16:30 AB} How did Jehovah handle the matter at that time? did he give them opportunity to repent and turn around? We learn he did exactly that: Keep in mind! Jehovah referred to the Israelite Nation as a domineering prostitute. Remember also, they were a Religious Organizition. Notice too, how this Religious Organizion reacted to Jehovah's messengers, he sent to them:
15"And Jehovah the God of their fathers sent to them by his messengers, rising up early and sending; because he had compassion on his people and on his dwelling-place. 16 Butmocked at the messengers of God, and despised his words, and scoffed at his prophets, until the fury of Jehovah rose against his people, and there was no remedy.

{2 Chronicles 36:15,16 DT}Strange conduct for supposed Worshipers of Jehovah, wasn't it?
One would think they would welcome Jehovah's messengers with open arms; but not so!
Why does it say there was no remedy? Look what finally occurred:
8 "And I saw that when for all the causes wherein backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce, yet the treacherous Judah, her sister, feared not, but went and committed fornication also. 9 And it came to pass through the lightness of her fornication that she polluted the land, and committed adultery with stones and with stocks. 10 And even for all this her treacherous sister Judah hath not returned unto me with her whole heart, but with falsehood, saith Jehovah. 11And Jehovah said unto me, Backsliding Israel hath shewn herself more just than treacherous Judah." { Jeremiah 3:8-11 DT} What shows that this divorce was now final?
33"You snakes! You brood of vipers! How will you escape being condemned to hell? 34 Therefore I am sending you prophets and wise men and teachers. Some of them you will kill and crucify; others you will flog in your synagogues and pursue from town to town. 35 And so upon you will come all the righteous blood that has been shed on earth, from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zechariah son of Berekiah, whom you murdered between the temple and the altar. 36 I tell you the truth, all this will come upon this generation. More strange conduct to say the least, wasn't it? More mentioned, to follow! Notice! Now they were satan's seed!
37"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing. 38 Look, your house is left to you desolate."{Matthew 23:33-38 NIV} What shows when the final desolation of their house came? When Jesus next words were fulfilled: Recall! These killers were in a covenant relationship with Jehovah; and being under such were actually the one true Religion. Note their viscious behavior though, towards those under the new covenant! It was satanic behavior, constituting them now, as the seed of satan the devil, even though a Religious Body. What happened to them? Jesus will explain that:
"Jesus left the temple and was walking away when his disciples came up to him to call his attention to its buildings. 21 "Do you see all these things?" he asked. "I tell you the truth, not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down." {Matthew 24:1,2 NIV}
When General Titus came in 70 AD he tore up Ten Miles of surrounding Forest land and built that foretold wall around the City of Jerusalem! When he was through with his attack there was not a stone left upon a Stone remaining of that Jewish place of Worship. Jehovah showed his abandoment of that Temple, when he allowed General Titus to completely destroy it, and fulfill the words of his Son.
41 "And as He approached, He saw the city, and He wept ]audibly] over it, 42 Exclaiming, Would that you had known personally, even at least in this your day, the things that make for peace (for freedom from all the distresses that are experienced as the result of sin and upon which your peace--your security, safety, prosperity, and happiness--depends)! But now they are hidden from your eyes. 43 For a time is coming upon you when your enemies will throw up a bank [with pointed stakes] about you and surround you and shut you in on every side. 44 And they will dash you down to the ground, you [Jerusalem] and your children within you; and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, [all] because you did not come progressively to recognize and know and understand [from observation and experience] the time of your visitation [that is, when God was visiting you, the time in which God showed Himself gracious toward you and offered you salvation through Christ]."{Luke 19:41-44 AB}
We need now to identify the seed of satan the devil, and Jesus aids us in doing that, in these following words to the Jews of his day, as does the writer of 2 Chronicles:

So we're dealing with a Religious Organization that contains these persecuting hate-filled seeds, because all of these persecuting Jews were under the Mosaic Law, as such Jehovah's Wife-like Organization; he being their husbandly owner. Notice Jesus held them responsible for all of the righteous blood spilled on earth.
We need now to locate an anti-type of the ancient Jewish Nation; one like the ancient Nation of Israel, but is also likened to be resonsible for massive blood spilling. Does the Bible point to any Woman who just might hold that position? We'll learn that it does! John will describe her for us, but notice first how Jehovah identified the Israelite Nation:
30 "How degenerate is your heart!" says the Lord GOD, "seeing you do all these things,the deeds of a brazen harlot.31 "You erected your shrine at the head of every road, and built your high place in every street. Yet you were not like a harlot, because you scorned payment."{Ezekiel 16:30,31 NKJV}

Jehovah of course resolved the matter, as we'll now learn about a new covenant he proposed, to replace the old.
31 "The time is coming," declares the LORD,
"when I will make a new covenant
with the house of Israel
and with the house of Judah.
32 It will not be like the covenant
I made with their forefathers
when I took them by the hand
to lead them out of Egypt,
because they broke my covenant,
though I was a husband to them,
declares the LORD."{Jeremiah 31:31-32 NIV}
Jehovah referred to the Israelite Nation as his Wife, with himself as her husbandly owner; also referred to her as an adulterous Wife, or brazen Harlot. After repeated warnings, to them, that they reacted very badly to, how did Jehovah finally deal with them?
8 "I gave faithless Israel her certificate of divorce and sent her away because of all her adulteries. Yet I saw that her unfaithful sister Judah had no fear; she also went out and committed adultery. 9 Because Israel's immorality mattered so little to her, she defiled the land and committed adultery with stone and wood. 10 In spite of all this, her unfaithful sister Judah did not return to me with all her heart, but only in pretense," declares the LORD. 11 The LORD said to me, "Faithless Israel is more righteous than unfaithful Judah." {Jeremiah 3:8-11 NIV}
In spite of repeated warnings from Jehovah's Messengers, they continued on their wayward course, refusing to listen to them...

{2 Chronicles 36:15,16 DT}When did Jehovah's Patience finally run out? When these following words were fulfilled:
41"As he approached Jerusalem and saw the city, he wept over it 42 and said, "If you, even you, had only known on this day what would bring you peace—but now it is hidden from your eyes. 43 The days will come upon you when your enemies will build an embankment against you and encircle you and hem you in on every side. 44 They will dash you to the ground, you and the children within your walls. They will not leave one stone on another, because you did not recognize the time of God's coming to you." {Luke 19:41-44 NIV}
In 70AD General Titus leading the Roman Army ripped up Ten Miles of forest land and built a wall of pointed stakes around Jerusalem! None could get in, or out! There was at that time a massive slaughter of about one Million Jews, who failed to heed the command Jesus had given, that, when they saw Jerusalem surrounded by encamped Armies to flee. In 66AD Cestius Gallus leading the Roman Army had made a thrust right up to the Temple Wall, but for reasons, unknown, retreated, and didn't carry out his attack. Those who had heeded the words of Jesus fled that City at that time, while the majority did not and suffered the consequences in 70 AD. Jesus following words was fulfilled four years later.
1 "Jesus left the temple and was walking away when his disciples came up to him to call his attention to its buildings. 2"Do you see all these things?" he asked. "I tell you the truth, not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down."{Matthew 24:1,2 NIV}
37"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing. 38 Look, your house is left to you desolate. 39 For I tell you, you will not see me again until you say, 'Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord."{Matthew 23:37-39 NIV} Jehovah showed that he had abandoned that Nation when he allowed the destruction of their place of worship. We see it was a Religious Institution, or Organization, that, contained the seed of of satan's Woman as Jesus has here clearly shown.
We need now to learn about an Anti-Type of the Israelite Nation; a Prostitute of the same nature that will suffer the same fate as the Israelites experienced. The Apostle John will aid us in doing that; for note what he has to tell us:
"One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and said to me, "Come, I will show you the punishment of the great prostitute, who sits on many waters. 2 With her the kings of the earth committed adultery and the inhabitants of the earth were intoxicated with the wine of her adulteries." 3 Then the angel carried me away in the Spirit into a desert. There I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was covered with blasphemous names and had seven heads and ten horns. 4 The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet, and was glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls. She held a golden cup in her hand, filled with abominable things and the filth of her adulteries. 5 This title was written on her forehead:
MYSTERY
BABYLON THE GREAT
THE MOTHER OF PROSTITUTES
AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH."{Revelation 17:1-5 NIV}
We notice that John is here telling us that this Woman in question has been in existence for many Centuries. We notice this scarlet colored Beast has SEVEN HEADS, and Ten Horns. These Seven heads, are the devils ruling dynasties of Kings, from Egypt down until this present day; To list them all: Egypy, Assryia Neo Babylon, Medo-Persia- Greece, Rome, and the British American World Powers of today, that includes, summing up the entire Ten Toes, The African, Asian, and European Nations, as well. John tells us this Woman is drunk with the Blood of the Holy ones, and with the Blood of the Witnesses of Jesus. As for the Ten Toes, they are only associated with the forth and last ruling World Power to dominate this earth; as Daniel 7:7and Johns Revelation show us. Revelation 17:6,12
John tells us this Woman sits on many Waters, and the Kings of the earth have commited {spiritual] fornication with her, and the inhabitants of the earth, are pictured as being intoxicated with the wine of her [spiritual] fornication. John tells us the Waters where the Harlot is sitting are, 'peoples and crowds and Nations and Tongues.' John's Revelation pictures all of these, as spiritual drunkards. This Religious Woman has managed to infect the minds of the entire population of this earth, with the wine of her fornication. All are under her Power and control, whether they know it or not, from the rulers of each Nation, right on down to the common people. According to John's Revelation, all are inebrebreated, or stupified, by the wine of her Religious Harloty. That is the reason John tells us, that she has a Kingdom over the Kings of the earth. {Revelation 17-18}
All being inebriated as they all are, this Woman has them all mentally confused, so they are unable to think with clarity, or act intelligently. This is the blinding effect satan's control over this World has on them. In that spiritually inebriated condition they are easily misled by his Relgious Woman riding on their backs, and easily do her bidding. In doing that, they are doing satan's will, but being intoxicated do not know that they are. {2 Corinthians 4:3,4}
How many times have we been confronted with someone who has overindulged in alcohol, who is thoroughly inebrebriated, whose speech is slurred, and incomprehensible, and unintellible; so that they do not not understand what they are saying; nor do you, and suddenly his demeanor changes, and you have found yourself dealing with a mean nasty drunk?
This is how, these ones who have been in association with this Woman who is drunk with the Blood of the Holy Ones and the witnesses of Jesus will begin to act, and become, then, very mean, and nasty spiritual drunkards themselves, and begin to act like the Nation of Israel of old, following the lead of this religious Woman, and imitate her murderous actions towards God's true people today. Making themselves the Anti-Type of the Nation of Israel, and even more, constituting themselves as the seed of satan the devil.
So too, with their teaching of aTrinity of God's! It is incomprehensible and unintellible to them, and being in that stupor, cannot explain it to you, nor to themselves, so coming out of their mouths sounds like so much Spiritual Drunken Gibberish. The same holds true with their Immortal Soul teaching! More Spiritual Gibberish! Add to that Gibberish, the Torment in a fiery Hell for all eternity. On and on with their Spiritual Drunken Garble.
They are all mentally confused, unable to think with clarity, or act intelligently, which very probably accounts for World War 1 and 2, don't you think?
So, Who is the Anti-Type of Ancient Israel? Why! It can be none other than the entire empire of Religious Christendom. Lump them all together, you name the Sect or Denomination; all together, they are what John Called, "BABYLON THE GREAT the MOTHER OF THE HARLOTS AND DISGUSTING THINGS OF THE EARTH!" Jehovah tells all!
4"Then I heard another voice from heaven say:
"Come out of her, my people,
so that you will not share in her sins,
so that you will not receive any of her plagues; for her sins are piled up to heaven, and God has remembered her crimes."{Revelation 18:4,5 NIV}
If you believe that satan's Woman has not misled you, I'd advise you to think again, after you read the following:
9 "And the huge dragon was cast down and out--that age-old serpent, who is called the Devil and Satan, he who is the seducer (deceiver) of all humanity the world over; he was forced out and down to the earth, and his angels were flung out along with him."{Revelation 12:9 AB} John informed you all: "the seducer and deceiver of all humanity the World over." Do you believe that by some fluke, he has missed deceiving you? Our Boy satan, is too sharp for that to be true! He's out to get the whole house! All inclusive! Did he not succeed in the Garden of Eden, of murdering the whole entire human race? "In Adam, ALL are dying." Didn't miss any then, did he? Was he allowed to do what he did in Eden, would he miss any now? {Romans 5:12}
