Rowland, don't you know that if we relied solely upon the bible and were free to interpret it how we like, we would no longer be the most unified people on Earth? Nor would we be the happiest. We let the interpretation to the Governing Body, and I willfully submit myself to their direction. If the society published a memo tomorrow that the scripture say we should dress in pink polka dots, and do handstands in intersections for Jehovah, the by golly, I’d be shopping for a new outfit and practicing my gymnastics.

oz ps... i may not leave this up for long! in case of twubble!

Lol that guy is so funny, he's the caricature of a true JW freak.

I found this comment from him, talking to someone apparently interrested in JWs:

By the way, are you aware Scientology is a dangerous cult that holds unorthodox views on medical treatment that occasionally results in the death of persons and children?

Edit: some more funny stuff from him, a drama is about to emerge it seems:

Nelson Birdwell I received a phone call. My fellow elders would like to meet with me regarding recent activities on facebook. From the tone, it seems they are having a problem with me posting. I may have to stop posting here. Nelson Birdwell We shall see. I am having nausea about it, but I am confident when we discuss my posts, they will see I have not contradicted anything from the society, and I have creditted the society when quotig. The elders are reasonable and loving. I feel some nerves, but I am sure it will be fine. Nelson Birdwell I have decided to continue my preaching activity via "virtual pioneering", Ibelieve Jah will help the elders understand the witness this holds. I wish this page had a hit counter, as I could multiply the time I spend preaching by so many readers. I think I could make my yearly hours in a month, easily here. I'll monitor this, let's see if he's forbidden from posting by the "loving elders"

Multiply by the hits? wow!

Edit: I cant believe this fellow! He is trying to pioneer and count his hours battling apostates on facebook that the society frowns on and thinks the elders will see it HIS way. I dont know if he is for real, ballsy, or deluded. But he sure is an arrogant fellow.... and to me, really funny to observe

Hm, reading some more of him, he might be an appostate genius. I have a strong feeling he's in pointing out the faults of the WTS in a way that won't unmask him. My above quotes fit so well in this profile. Also he got involved in a discussion about what is acceptable, and after a big list of filp-flop on the blood doctrine he says "As you can see from above, they have been very consistent in the view of blood treatment." Later on: " in the new world that is guaranteed to happen after armageddon, which will happen very very shortly, in this generation of 1914. You can check our latest Watchtower of April 15th for more information on that."

    Also from his profile page:

High School: Salisbury Senior High School
    Employer: Stevens Janitorial Services

It's just too stereotipical to be true.

Teel, i have wondered that myself... i mean, could anybody REALLY be that bizarre?

But then again, somebody has to be the stereo typical JW dont they. It's almost like he is stuck in some 1950s Hard core world of witnesses.

either way... i think i'll post more of his delightful weirdness!

There were some JW killed in Haiti, but I don't know how their hearts condition were. Perhaps they lost Jah's spirit momentarily. Perhaps some in the local congregation were sinning and caused Jah's protection to leave, we dont know. It is speculation.
And yes, we should pray for our brothers and sisters in Haiti.

    .

    My comment

When some witnesses die, they may have momentarily lost Jah's spirit? Perhaps they were killed because somebody in the congregation may have been sinning? Ah, Nelson, speculate away!

Nelson needs some real investigating... i wanna know what he is!!!!
