Is it blackmail if I send very incriminating pics to someone without ANY words?

I'm not a legal expert but I suspect it might lead to the question of intent. Why send them if you don't expect to get something?

Again, I'm no legal expert but I'd say blackmail would require you to threaten to send if you don't get whatever you're after. Sending them without a prior threat is just s**t stirring.

Do you really want to hurt somebody? You need to be clear in your conscience as well as clear of the law.

Whatever you're thinking of doing, don't do it on the same day as you got the idea, sleep on it and don't do it whilst pissed. Do you want the recipient to know where the photos came from? Remeber doing it by phone or computer is easily traceable.

Can you give more details of what the photos are about and why you're sending them?

Blackmail is gaining or attempting to gain anything of value or compelling
another to act against such person's will, by threatening to communicate
accusations or statements about any person that would subject such person
or any other person to public ridicule, contempt or degradation.
