Did anyone catch The Beatles On the Record, last night on the History Channel? A really good program with lots of never before seen footage and interviews. George Martin narrates much of it and give lots of insight behind the making of the music.

The History channel repeats these programs fairly often but I could not find it scheduled on the website guide. I will keep checking and when I find it again I will post here.

Just an FYI for Mr Flipper and all you Beatlemaniacs like me

No but I was watching PBS and they had a pledge drive which featured several DVD's of original Ed Sulliven shows. Among them were the Beatles in 1964. The Stones and The Doors were also on. Original footage. I wish I had had the $150 to donate- I'd have loved to have those DVD's. Lol at the hairsyles. Ed Sulliven ruled that show with a strong arm. He was a comanding force.

I caught it last night. It's been on at least a dozen times. It was good to John and George again.
