Jehovah's Witnesses venerate a 'Trinity' structure belief.

The Watchtower prides itself on having no part of the 'Trinity' belief of other 'christian' denominations.

    Is this true?

Going back to ancient Babylon and the roots of the Trinity, we find that Nimrod, his wife Semiramis and Tammuz were the 'original' Trinity that exists and runs as a theme through Christian denominations. A symbol for Semiramis, that would be good to remember, is the Dove.

God's 'holy spirit' is represented by a Dove in the New Testament.

Is it possible therefore that the Jehovah's Witnesses worship a Trinity also?

We find that the Watchtower's deities or 'supreme rulers' are Jehovah, (Nimrod the father), Jesus Christ (Tammuz the Son) and the much discusses ' God's Wifely Organization, aka the Watchtower Bible and Tracts Society.

I believe the Watchtower Society believes in a Trinity much the same as the ancient Babylonians, Egyptians, Catholics and Protestants.

But what do you think of this?

Makes sense. They sure don't have the holy spirit or fruitage of the spirit, that's for sure.

' ' God's Wifely Organization, aka the Watchtower Bible and Tracts Society.''

They have the org divided into 2 'classes', the 144000 and the rest. The 144000 are desrcribed as the wife of jesus. The rest, the great crowd as the wife of jehovah.

Oops, looks like jehovah had at least 2 wives. The nation of israel is described as one, whom he rejected. Then the angels are also his wife. So, he had two at the same time.

But what is there to show that the New Jerusalem of 144,000 spiritual Israelites would be the capital organization over all of Jehovah’s realm of creation? It is this: The New Jerusalem is called “the bride, the Lamb’s wife.”

    *** w57 5/1 p. 275 par. 6 Show Respect for Jehovah’s Organization ***

So God’s woman, Zion or Jerusalem above, is his universal organization, with one hundred forty-four thousand and one of her members or children eventually forming the capital city like a man-child government, yet all these being the principal part of the same universal organization. These children, Christ Jesus and the 144,000, are individuals making up the capital city, the royal organization, Christ’s “bride” being the New Jerusalem. However, the 144,000 spirit-begotten children of God, together with Christ Jesus their Head and all the invisible holy angelic spirit creatures, make up the universal organization of God, his wife.

    Thank you.

    BUT, 'God' has a 'Wife'.

    God, his 'Wife' and Jesus.

Nimrod, Semiramis and Tammuz, is the point.

Hi Gill. Nice to see you around.

I have noticed many times in the WT literature it will be talking about Jehovah and suddenly switch to Jesus. They seem to use these two deities interchangeably. It is acceptance of a trinity without stating it as such. Many times I notice that Jesus is given Jehovah's characteristics (which do not fit) or vice versa.

You left out the FDS...would that be the "Holy spirit" part of the watchtower trinity? No one has ever seen the FDS...it's another one of those invisible gods. The FDS is not a dove, but it has always reminded me of "that little bird" that will tell on you. It's watching and will report back. Esp. if you eat out at local establishments during assembly when you have been told not to.

Jehovah ...Watchtower (the Mother, or wife) ..... FDS

(I have always heard the WT doesn't much include Jesus)

    Morning!

sorry not to have been back for a while but internet access is not so easy these days.

The roots of all religion go back to ancient......really ancient Egypt, possibly even the much 'fabled' and physically disappeared Atlantis of old, and so it is not surprising to find the same belief patterns in the WTBTS. which is just another man made religious control structure in disguise as 'The Truth'.

But what is the Truth? Certainly nothing you can get from a Watchtower!

Nice to'see' so many of you still here after so many years!

Beware of Shepherds! They always lead you to the slaughter!
