I am looking for good tasting detox teas

I have tried several of them already, there are so many different kind of detox teas on the internet. If you know of a good tasting detox tea, I would like to know the brand, etc... Thanks!

Yerba Mate, it's an acquired taste for some but for me it was love at first sip. A tablespoon of organic honey will smooth it out. Ginger also is worth a try. Sorry, I almost forget the brand of the Yerba Mate I was using-just ran out-but I'm sure it's Guayake.

If you also wish to drink it in "soda" form, Yerba Mate is available in most Latin supermarkets (or in supermarkets with a latin population in the area). It's actually quite good, a good change from Sprite, Coke or whatever you may tend to drink. Think of root beer but with a different flavor root.

The famous brand of Yerbe Mate we buy down here is called Materba. It's in every supermarket here (S. Florida).

If you can find it, give it a try.

oh my- if I can remember which brand I drank I will tell you... it was a red hot disaster. Literally :P

I was barfing and had diarrhea and horrible stomach cramps. This was after drinking one cup.

It was a familiar brand from the local health food co-op. Yogi Tea, I think?

Yogi makes a good ginger tea.

I felt so much better after drinking it.

I bought all the containers Big Lots! had in stock.

Unfortunately, I can't find it there anymore.

Specifically and by name, what substances do you want to remove from your body?

If you want a "colon cleanse" then just take a bunch of fiber capsules and drink plenty of water.

If you want to completely remove everything from your colon, use Epsom Salt. At first it will move all of the solids out. Keep drinking glass after glass of Epsom Salt all day long and by the end of the day you will literally be pissing clear water out of your ass.

You can't get any more "clean" or "detoxed" than that. This is how doctors prepare patents for colon related procedures.

However, a good colon cleanse can be accomplished through, IMO, a much more satisfying way.

Start with a 12 pack of cheap beer, a couple dozen hot wings (very spicy) and lots of cole slaw. No bread or fries during the "treatment."

Within 24 hours, your colon will be so clean it will be the envy of the neighborhood and you will see actual proof of the results.
