My son called last night. Their offer was accepted for their first house. They will be moved in by Christmas!

What a beautiful home! They will have a beautiful Christmas! I'd get him one of those exteded poles to hang lights with so he doesn't go on the roof! You know how pretty it will look with lights!

Well they passed papers on Friday...and had a painting party after the closing...to change the colors in some of the rooms. Then it started to snow...and didn't stop. They were snowed in the first night they stayed at their new house! Two feet of snow...and very steep driveway... David said he got behind the shovel and just slid down the driveway... It's all good though. They are loving it! He's sending me a pic of the house covered with snow so I can do a house portrait.
