The only thing I've stopped entirely is using facebook. Too much useless content. I'm not interested in knowing every time someone breaks a fingernail while adjusting their prosthetic boob.

I've given up on Farmville ever since I realized that others work it for me so I don't have to. It took too much of my time. Two things do this: This site and Facebook. If not for those two, I'd be playing spider solitaire until I couldn't see straight.

I actually dont mind some of them, but I dont forward them on.... I HATE CHAIN EMAILS- just send me a good joke, say hi, and I am happy!
As for Facebook, I just use it to stay in contact with people and as a cheep way to share photos with family and friends- I dont do the games and fan stuff... (but I like being poked- and poking others... LOL)
I frequent 2 forums for two reasons, meet and make new friends and to learn something new/have good discussion (the ocassional debate).
