A question about Vampires (Well Vampire Bats and other blood sucking creatures)

As Jehovah regards blood as something sacred, why did he create animals that feed on the stuff?

Because animals are different than humans? Humans can worship God, animals cannot.
Animals cannot read the Bible commands nor follow the directions from the WTS.
