Gobs of ancient Papyri fragment waiting to be read,,I can't imagine what clarity of understanding these will bring the scholars and the general public as time goes on. Boy the WT sure faces an up hill battle to keep defending the bible as god's real live genuinely authentic word.

The truth will not stand in the way of faith.

Scholarly techniques of examining the ancient texts that are the New and Old Testament have incredible value.
Additional writings to the same have incredible value. We have the Dead Sea Scrolls and the Nag Hammadi Library as outstanding examples that other things were written besides the canon of today's Bible.

The faithful will not see that value- they will say it is Satan's world that produces skepticism and it may even be God that allows the faithful to be tested. If an ancient document contradicts belief, it is the thing they discredit. If an ancient document doesn't mention anything that contradicts current belief, it is held up as "proof."

The truth will not stand in the way of faith.

They'll just reconfirm that the writers of those transcripts were mostly embellishing stories to

give support and credence to their own great and mighty god of their own selective culture.

People to this day are still comprehending those writings as if were actual fact based reality,

which just reconfirms the frailty of the human psyche and intellect.

Shouldn't the title of the bible really be " Ancient Stories of Human Ignorance " ?

or maybe " Spiritually Inspired Bullshit "
