There is a little tree icon next above the smiley face. Hit it and a window will pop up. The top line is for the URL (i.e. direct link) to the photobucket picture
Open photobucket in another window, and copy the direct link, and paste it into the tree window from JWN.
You will be asked if you want to tag it, which you don't have to. From there, hit insert, then submit just like a regular post.

That christmas picture on from 1926 on page 1 in this thread is interesting.. However its not possible that Henschel was there, he would have been 6 years old or so in 1926.
