No I suffered in Montreal.
wasnt allowed to go to the Christian Second hand shops
So I never looked that good. Very poor..Had to make the best of
what I had....It was the only "holiday" I had in 25 years.
Had to save up to be able to afford to go
Usually had to take a beating before going or after.
Dont get me started.... On POOR ME!!! I TRY to forget.

We`ll never know of course,but I wonder how many of them in those old photographs would have stuck it out in that religion,and died faithfull.
And of course those still living,how many would still be their ?
My guess would be only a third
