Obviously, within 4 months after the filing of a lawsuit, there has been a number of filings, and even possibly rulings on motions.

Desire to know what's going on is okay, but the desire to gloat if the WTS should prevail is not okay, even if it's done not because happy the WTS won but because your view won. Let me remind you that the WTS has won in some states but lost in others. The Mormons and Roman Catholicism have paid out heavily over child molestation by their clergy and it can and will occur with the WTS -- in one state or another. If you hit a rock with a hammer in enough different places enough times it will finally shatter.

AND, STUPIDASS, I am not happy anytime the WTS wins. If you had half a brain you would know that in my posts re the Berry case, I was simply trying to show that Insiders were misleading r&f xjwers when they say that the Berry case is a slamdunk which will lead to an avalanche of successful suits. In case you haven't noticed, I'm also working to bring down the WTS.
However, I do appreciate what you seem to indicate between the lines. Your comments appear to indicate that the WTS has "won" on some issue.
Were they granted the routine motion of dismissal from the suit?
If they were, and XJW Insiders have not come forward and notfied this DB, then they are every bit as big of assholes as are Brooklyn JWs.

I must admit MA I have not heard a whole lot about it either.
I don't know what more I can to do bring it out except when I find out more I will let you know.
Of course we have had a few difference about this case and it will be interesting to see how it unfolds.
You have not Emailed me in sometime so I don't know what is going on with you lately. However, I hope you have the guts to take a chance with your life and contact the lawyer incharge of the suit for Barry. Your knowledge of what concerns you should be disclosed to him in your own words.
