You are right.... I eat a yogurt for dessert every evening meal... rarely get sick ..

My Jamaican husband likes to drink something called stout.
He can't find it here, so when he goes to see his family, he brings a lot of it back with him.

I hear it works better as an enema. The small bottles are almost suppository sized. But seriously, I drink it too a couple of times a week. It strengthens my immune system, and then whiskey kills off anything that survives in my bloodstream.

Burn, I remember it's called Guiness Stout. Once, he made up something with it that caused my lips to itch and swell.
I haven't tried any since then.
