I think paragraph 15 was more than about porn...
Porn is the obvious bad thang about the Internet and one easy to condemn in a religous magazine.
But another kind of pornagraphy is the underlying cause for that little blurp about the whipped husband who would only look at the Internet with his wife beside him... spiritual pornagraphy. Apostate websites or any site negative toward JWs/WT.
How many of us, when first doubting and working up the nerve to search "Jehovah's Witnesses" on the Internet did so in front of our family? I remember being scared shitless. I wouldn't do it at home...too easy to track the history of where I'd been.
This little bit of cult propaganda was to shame all the dubs into keeping their Internet activity out in the open where everyone can monitor each other.
