Quite young in ours, loads of families (over 30 kids under 16 YO). Oldest is 99. Elders range from 42 - 90. Lots of inter-related families. I expect family loyalty and fear of shunning keeps the congregation together.

Well for 3 decades it was the generation born in 1920-1930......
However due to our county having a 'boom' in the last 5 years.... Babyboomers are the average!
Most are either born in the late forties (a few in 50,51) or those born 1959-1964.....
The interesting thing is that the early boomers are more about sincere service (not just field, but good neighbor type of service) and the latter about company kiss-ass. The first group wants to believe the second knows a thing or two about the game and they roll they play.
