I just bought a copy of "The Favourite Game'. It is not available in any of our local libraries
It has taken several months for it it to come up on my local auction site and I grabbed it before anyone else had a chance to bid.
I haven't read it for thirty years. I am pretending I don't remember anything about it, so that I can read it for the 'first' time.
My JW wife is asking questions about my motive in buying it, asking if it is about the same subject matter as 'Beautiful Losers'. I said 'No.", but I am sure there is some crossover.
I wonder why she asked? She was the one who introduced me to his work while she was an Anglican. Maybe she has sneaked a peek.
Should I glue a plastic St Kateri to my dashboard?
I recently played his new, live, album for her and she was fizzing at the bung.
