2. Occupational Safety and Health Act
3. Employee Retirement Insurance Act
4. Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act.

6. American Disabilities Act
as well as the laws on pollution emisions, and auto safety standards, and required fuel economy?

Ok, this thread was about a forest that exist in northern California so if you want to save this forest you can use California law, that’s why I brought it up. Actually everything in this thread seemed to be directed at America by you, you then started to lose the argument so you changed the frame.
