Thats right vikesgirl101, you use these kind of things because the times and technology have provided better ways to teach folks. Why not provide materials that are suited for a childs mind instead of making them sent through boring jibberish about types and anti-types and wacky time/date numbering schemes. They just want to take the easy road and leave it to the parents to translate the WT doctrine into kiddy talk.
If the Society was in charge of public schools, they would be providing college course study material for the kindergarden class.
