Have you ever heard of brothers refusing to give public talks in other congregation(s)?

I don't know of any elders who refused to go to other congregations, but I know of congregations who would refuse to allow certain visiting speakers who they've had bad experiences with.

I have seen that when a visiting speaker was so bad that the PO or the talk coordinator did not schedule them again. Once we had 4 brothers in a row from one congregation that sucked big time and that means a lot from someone like me who had heard 45 years of talks.
