@yesidid, I was not Catholic when I worked for the nuns. I was a jw when I started, but I was totally faded by the time I quit. There are a lot more similarities between the borg and the catholic church than either would like to admit.
Basically, they are both authoritarian institutions with power coming from the top down. The nuns have quite a pecking order and they like to make sure everyone knows their position.
I will say that there were a few nuns who are sincere and kind, but they were usually the new ones who were on the lower rungs of the ladder.

I too have noticed many similarities between the Catholics and JW's.
Jim Penton calls them, "Babylon the Great" and "Babylon the Small'.
Both have "sins massed up to the sky".
