I've always had problems with insomnia. I think I'm just a night owl by nature. But, I'm sorry you're sick. I'm in ground zero for the Swine Flu, Texas.
I homeschool my kids so I don't have to worry about them dragging it home, but man, I don't want to get sick!
oh noes Warlock Im sorry you cant sleep I cant either except when I stay at my friends house and i seem to lose all care and worry and i could sleep though an earthquake - i slept at hers last night and three fence panels blew off and then the kids all got up at 730 and then her hubby was chain sawing in the garden and I happily slept till eleven. whats that all about?
I've had some good success with Benadryl when I can't sleep. Just get the cheap generic version.
I think I took Tylenol PM once for similar problems, and slept like a baby that night.
Don't sweat the Swine Flu Mediademic. There are more folks dying from choking on pork today than the oink flu.
