    Beroea,

    64. They are integers in sequence raised to the third power.

    1^3 = 1
    2^3 = 8
    3^3 = 27
    4^3 = 64
    5^3 = 125
    6^3 = 216

    From another outlook:

    good sized male:

1 - weight at 6 mos in womb.
    8 - weight at birth.
27 - weight at one year.
    125 - weight at 12 years.
    216 - weight at 24 years.

Never did like mathematics nor tests of any kind. But thanks for the fluffy thread, Beroea!

    beorea,

Here's one for you. I had a tough time solving this one. What's the last number in this sequence?

    10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 20 22 24 31 200 10011 ?

farkel, i already won by saying they were all cubed! but you made it sound better by saying they are all raised to the third power. :P :)

    bitter mango,

You didn't say WHAT was cubed, though, i.e. you failed to mention that they were integers in sequence starting with numeral 1.

    Can you solve MY puzzle?

Sure. It's "based" on logic! That is a major hint, btw.

I think Farker is using negative base or something like that but I'm no math wiz.

i'm thinking binary decimals... but nothing seems to be working out. i will not sleep until i get this!

p.s. LOGIC class is the reason i dropped out of uni :P

    Farkel,

what base are you using? did you start with base ten and then make a switch to another, say base 3?
