It's a pretty stupid document if you read it. Check out Christopher Hitchens in Slate magazine talking about it. In general, I'm not concerned about the Orwellian implications.
Similar propositions and laws have impacted speech on gender and race issues and it is not a big deal. Most people who are not strict (and I mean STRICT) libertarians do actually want some limitations on free speech and free print.
My one point is that I feel no special position needs to be given to religions. The laws & policies which protect individuals are sufficient.
