That wild stuff isn't very good for smoking....tends to be hemp quality. I would report it if it is on your property. I can remember 2 guys next door being arrested for just two plants in containers on the back porch.

If I had a whole field of marijuana in my back yard, my property, is this a crime? Where is the corpus delicti?
It is presumed that you would know what is happening in your yard, especially if it is a whole field, making you at least an accomplice.
