I was df'd when I offered to da in order to escape a mentally ill, abusive jw husband. The only thing I regret about leaving is losing contact with my mom, but other than that, life is sooooooooo much better in the real world.
Those here who disassociated- do you regret it?

I regret it every single day-
That i didnt first give some jumped up pricks in my cong a few carefully chosen words before walking away.
As a whole though most in my cong have been sound.I just decided to fade and not looked back since, its been nearly a year on the 1.1.2009
since i was on the titanic.I mean at a meeting.I love it now when im on the way to work or shopping and i spot a cong member.I go right for them and ask them how they are.They ask me and i let them know how well i am NOW! I notice how some seem to be uneasy with the fact that i am happier and more balanced than when i was in the tower.
There are the odd few though which if i see i expect to completly ignore me.Which is strange because most others dont.
