I haven't heard of this but then again I just work, sleep, and try to keep the yard from taking over. Aren't the Cong's getting their own personal plan together (directed from the goobering bodies).
My plan is go get my mom and her pets to my house. period.
I predict legal would say.......it is a MOC.
I don't think the JWs would or have agreed to assist FEMA.
Based on the VERY LITTLE I have read about this subject, it appears to be a pilot program being considered/tested in larger cities.
