Dr Hook, "Sharing the Night Together" (I think it came out in 82-83, I was 7 or 8 I think). My mom and I lived in this apartment in a near suburb of Chicago (Addison, IL), she was a waitress and was not home alot, I stayed home alone alot at that time, I would sit in the kitchen in this big bulky rocking chair and listen to this song over and over.
I even had it played at my wedding so me & hubby could dance together to it, I sang the whole song in his ear .
