We had a young CO who pioneered out of high school, went to ministerial training school, started in circuit work. Apparently his dad was part of the MTS as a teacher or some such, and it seems like he was really fast-tracked into a leadership position without getting much life experience. In one of his talks he even said it was humbling because he'd never faced the burdens that he saw so many people carrying.
A couple of years later, in his next circuit, he got married and kind of slowed down. I didn't hear what happened next, but I like to think he started asking more questions and became an apostate.
