Hey! That's not right! Movie Mistakes (fluff)

While watching a Western, you see a paper cup blow by... (They didn't make paper cups back then! Oops!)
While watching a medical movie, the patient is supposed to be on the vent; but they're using a nasal cannula! (You have to be intubated to be on the vent!) Or the patient talks while he's intubated! ( No way!)
Can anyone think of any other mistakes that they've noticed?

In Arthur, there's a glass on the table in a dining scene where the liquid obviously goes up...and down...and up...throughout the scene. it's the only thing I remember from that movie...!
