Dayum....such similiarities !!!!! .....though some major differences.......but all about Congregational Control !!!

I recorded this yesterday and just finished watching it.
Isn't it maddening seeing the sadness of these children? Any person just wants to explore their freedom, live their life. No one wants to lose the relationships of their siblings and parents. Interesting fact was that 8 out of 10 return to their former life style after rumspringa. That is a much higher return rate than the JW's experience.
There is a documentary called "Devil's Playground" that is really fascinating.

What is 'devilish' to me is when parents can turn off their affection for their own flesh and blood for whatever reason.
