I've now rung the tour organiser and let them know that I can only book two tickets for sure as it's only myself and my friend that can commit, but if anyone else does fancy it in the meantime let me know. As mentioned before, if you only want to come for the drinks and meal after, that would be great too. Don't forget - all welcome. Cheers. :)

It was great to meet up with my old JW friend (who left before me) for the weekend. I learnt some things about goings-on in my old congregation that shocked me, and it was good to be able to share thoughts and experiences and talk through what we're doing and where we're going now.
Only the two of us did the tour of the old steeple, which was quite interesting. We then met up for drinks and dinner with another JWD member which was great.
Any other plans for get-togethers in Scotland? -

You can take away our lives but ye can never take away our haggis suppers....just got that new grill referred to on another thread and will be hunting a haggis for BBQ'ing innovation
