Isn't the Christian message basically one of exclusion, rather than inclusion? "Choose Christ, or suffer eternally bad consequences".
I believe Christ is the Way, but he is sovereign. We are not supposed to judge others. Yes you must have Jesus to have salvation, but may not necessarily be a Christian in this life to get it.
Those who, through no fault of their own, do not know the Gospel of Christ or his Church but who nevertheless seek God with a sincere heart, and, moved by grace, try in their actions to do his will as they know it through the dictates of their conscience - those too may achieve eternal salvation.........
