Is the WTS really looking for new members?Or does it pass off the work?

Jehovah's Witnesses attend 3 meetings per week, hold Bible Studies(yeah right),go out in service (paying for their own gas),attend Conventions(at their expense),purchase literature from the WTS and each congregation have Elders that handle all the discipline in the congregations.

So, besides printing a book here and there, cutting down the Awake and splitting the Watchtower in two,and planning the dull and lifeless Conventions, isn't all the work really being done by it's members?

The work of any religion is done by it's members. Even the Pope doesn't sprinkle too many babies
    or conduct many funerals.

But WTS is constantly wanting new members. They have to replace the ones that leave.
They need people to keep "buying" their literature. Sales to the public are down, but as long as
some from the public come into the WTS, there is a guarantee of millions in sales of every item.

Yes all the work is being done by its members, who else.

According to reports the GB spends very little time in service, they are too busy traveling the world and being treated as rulers and kings

Do you ever wonder who's paying for the trip?

I would like to see Ted Jaracz go out in street work showing up at the Kingdumb Hell at 5:30 every morning, and getting the group out and his axx screeching at 160 MPH in a busy city to reach one person. And having him spend all day in -50 weather (or 120), screeching around at 160 MPH and sprinting around the territory just to reach that last person. Plus going to all the boasting sessions.

And, no fair having any coffee or warming up breaks. That humanoid doesn't think elderly witlesses need breaks, so he shouldn't take any either.
