Of course, your mileage may vary.

My favorite "romantic" movie is probably "So I married an axe murderer." So sue me, I like to laugh.

My all time favorite romantic song is:

The Glory of Love by Peter Cetera

My second all time favorite romantic song is:

Making Memories of Us by Keith Urban

Not quite as much as the two above, but this one usually makes me cry as well:

You'll Think of Me also by Keith Urban

I love youtube. I love following the links - you never wind up where you expect to. Followed your links - wound up here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0NKCuV_7ETc which is a rather strange video I never saw before - for one thing it's from 20 years ago before Michael Jackson got so weird, and all the celebrities in it look so young!

A Kind of Hush by Herman's Hermits

Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me by Mel Carter.

I Can Hear Music by The Beach Boys with Carl Wilson singing lead.

I Hear A Symphony by Diana Ross and The Supremes

Every Little Thing She Does by The Beatles

Speaking of Chicago, Abandoned, I like Make Me Smile by Chicago from Chicago II with the late, great Terry Cath singing lead.

Jenny Morris - 'You I Know'

    Darren Hayes - 'So Beautiful'

And if all the world was perfect
I would only ever want to see your scars
You know they can have their universe
We'll be in the dirt designing stars

    Beautiful poetry.

Some superb love songs there folks!

    What do I feel??

Truth is I feel a raw emotion of never having been there and it's to late to have the experience!

I equate it with what some young people feel when they meet up with the world aged 20 or so and realise everyone remembers Christmases they can never relive because now they're not kids anymore - except for me Santa would have to be a woman I loved and could take all I know into the last phase of life!

You know what some of us live?

A lost dream of love and nostalgia of a past we never had and never will get whilst trying to build a dream for the future out of something that can't exist!

From one fake reality into another without knowing how to change the present into whatever dreams your whole life anticipated!

I already knew deep inside but it just became clearer that I realise all my songs are for a love I never had and never will! And when I sing I just break into tears for all the love in my heart that's shone like a light in an empty cave some place nobody goes for the most of my life!

Is that self pity? I don't think so - I hate that idea! - but I'm not sure what?
