This is not excactly what I was looking for. Any serious answers? It is a Watchtower booklet for their Gilead missionaries.

No afraid not - I know that it is mentioned in the Branch Organisation Manual though.
Do you know when it was printed ?

THANKS THANKS THANKS for the link. I just downloaded this.
In case anyone wonders if this version is out dated, IT ISN'T! Except for the changes that have occurred in expected hours (it is now 130, not 150) and some other information regarding vacations, etc this is exactly the same booklet that we studied at Gilead a couple of years ago. One of our instructors told us that Knorr wrote it and that is hasn't changed for decades. I believed it, but now I see it! It's hillarious.
Page 23, paragraph 52 had the totally cruel arrangement for those that are disfellowshipped as missionaries. Just an example of how Christlike Knorr was.
