I went to a few, over the period of almost 2 yrs. Overall, i would say that it was a positive experience. There is a lot of bs fakery, and some genuine stuff. I would say, go only to the kind that emphasizes the positive. No guilt, or negatives. You don't need to believe all the stuff, just be open to possibilities.
