City? I'd have to say Quebec City is probably the most beautiful architecturely. Natural beauty, its not a city, but nothing can compare to Cape Breton Island's Highlands. Absolutely breathtaking.

Quebec is very nice. Friendly people, too. I have enjoyed touring around the cabot trail, twice. So, i must have seen the highlands (they are up there, somewhere, no?). Very nice views, on the trail.
