I sleep like a little baby--no itching here. . . :-) The world is filled with bugs. The bugs are not the problem--your overactive imagination is the problem.
John Doe...
No I do not have an over active imagination.....the research has been done.. and you my friend, are in denial.
Wash your sheets in hot water, vacuum your bed, and for heaven' s sake do it before you have girl over.
Yikes you need help!!!! Let us know when accomplish these basic tasks.
God help the girl that sleeps in your bed beforehand!!!!!

well I wouldn't say I'm that obsessive, but I do turn my mattress now and then, and I've been known to vacuum it. There is nothing like crawling into a lovely clean bed, especially when you are really tired. I have one of those 4-inch thick memory foam pads, a mattress pad, knit cotton sheets and a cotton blanket. Firm latex pillows. You bug freaks ought to be buying real latex pillows - they are germicidal.
Ha ha. I never said there were no bugs--I said they aren't harmful. But then again, I don't have asthma. I've always despised completely clean hospital type settings. Pigs gotta have mud--I've gotta have my bugs. Maybe I'll name them. ;-)
My last roommate was a clean freak, and it drove me nuts. The crazy weirdo would change her pillows every three months. She even bought me pillows, and I think it irked her when I continued using the ones I had. Hell, pillows don't even smell right until you've had them a couple months, and she wanted me to change my pillows out for these same "bed bug" monsters that aren't monsters at all, just more of nature's creatures.
John Doe,
A clean freak she was not....but thats ok....if you want to sleep with dust mites have at it. Pillows are laden with sweat and germs......When they start getting a tinge of yellow its time to toss them and buy new ones.
She was correct with every three months if the cases are not washed.
I forget the amount, but the human body sweats so many quarts per year into a mattress.
I'm heading to mine and am not going to look it up at this point....but something to think about.
Sweet, bug free dreams! Talk to you tomorrow

Yes, she was a clean freak. She would rather bathe in bug spray every day than have the minute chance of an ant crawling across the counter top. The amount of chemicals in that house was scary!
Yes, r. and friends - sweet dreams and don't let the ...
Golly! What heinous creatures!

Forget all that.
I cannot sleep without a woman by my side.
