I have noticed a string of Watchtower "lite" studies.
Happy, non-controversial topics such as materialism, covetousness, justice, and suffering.
IMO these are the most insidious because they use easy targets to lend a tone of legitimacy to the JW experience. Beware, just underneath the first 10 paragraphs awaits the undercurrent. Agenda, production, guilt and carrot.

Also, the Awake! once had an article on how to keep apples fresh in the refrigerator by placing them in a brown paper bag. It's true. I tried it.
I always called it the Asleep! magazine because they were so boring. Besides that, I can't think of anything.
