tonight the sky is just very ordinary, but we had two nights when the sky displayed its mighty spendor.
i think about how hard we try to duplicate the many and beautiful colors of nature. Nothing compares

Rainbows always used to make me think about Noah and the "rainbow covenant".
Now they make me think of Kermit the Frog singing "Rainbow Connection".

the rainbow made a full arch, but i could not get it all in. I was not in very good spots for taking pics. But all the pics are N, S, E, and W. the whole sky was like that, which i seldom see around here.
this is the best I could do on the rainbow, for capturing both, almost both sides.
