oompa... I don't have photoshop.
Here's what I do:
Copy (CTRL+C) the picture, paste (CTRL+V) it into a Word document.
Add a caption using the WordArt function. Select All (CTRL+A), Copy (CTRL+C) and then Paste (CTRL+V) into Paint. Save as a JPG image.
Upload to my www.photobucket.com account. Open the image in photobucket, Copy (right click the image to open the menu) it and then Paste (CTRL+V) into the reply box on JWD. Submit your post and voilà.
