Have some of her music for the piano.

Another one of my favs, Tori is amazing...
Someday...... both Eclipse and JK666 take a listen to Blue by Joni Mitchell....it is absolutely haunting....it was sung to Crosby of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young.
I don't know many women that could hold the tune she did.....I'm not a real fan of Joni Mitchell but I have never...never heard a woman sing like she did with this song. There are 2 versions and one is better than the other. But both are pretty good.

Re,
I would love to hear you play Tori Amos. What songs do you have sheet music to? I play guitar and will post a thread tommorrow on songs that I like to play/sing to. Much harder than just playing the instrument! I have used all my new posts (a first).

JK, in all honesty, I have her music but never learned to play her.....I am a junkie of Chopin and a few other masters.
My all time favorite to play is "Enya"......I love the haunting romance of her music and the sound of her voice.

Re,
My cousin is a professor of music, and a renowned concert pianist, and his favorite to play is Chopin. The changes in tempo always fascinated me.
I totally love the raw emotion in Tori's lyrics and delivery. I would love to see her live.

Re,
I am also a fan of David Crosby's early work. Him and Joni had great harmonics. I loved his early solo album Talampais High.

JK....looking forward to see what you post tomorrow regarding what you play on the guitar.
I always wanted to learn that instrument. (someday)!!!
Have to get to bed at this point, but again, please post what you like to play!!!!!
