Oh, yes, this "large army of women" to do the work while the men are off posturing and looking important, making "big" decisions.
Once I was taking an American Literature class taught by a (liberal?) Baptist minister /professor. He remarked about how things went at his church. He said that the women would be looking after the children or hand washing umpteen teensy communion glasses while the men were in "important meetings." The JW's do resemble "Christendom" after all.
